Embrace the Yoga spirit in daily life

YOGAP aims to inspire and invites you to embark on a very special journey, a journey to yourself.  Combing asanas (physical moves), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation, you will enhance  wellbeing, stimulate self-consciousness and awareness.

I started to practice Yoga more than 20 years ago, first to improve my fitness, until I discovered the full power of yoga.  In my YOGAP classes I wish to share my experience with students and guide them to discover inner strength, regain balance and self-awareness.  At the same time, students are invited to remain at ease and smile a bit when moving through the different asanas.

I mainly teach vinyasa flows varying and combining these with different topics of life and Yoga elements. Yoga does not end at the mat, its spirit should accompany and strengthen us in our daily life. For many of my YOGAP sessions, I carefully select music to complement these and make us float easily through the different asanas. Meditation & relaxation as well as different breathing techniques are  an inherent part of the YOGAP practice.

When the COVID-19 crises started, I decided to offer free online YOGAP classes to support others and help them overcome challenging moments. It was such a rich and motivating experience that I chose to continue providing free online YOGAP sessions throughout 2021.

Lifting and supporting others in need is core to YOGAP!

All donations and income from YOGAP classes go to charity projects.

I hope to inspire many of you to discover the true power of Yoga

and engage in regular practice and embrace the Yoga spirit in your daily life!

My personal story

My path towards a passionate Yoga trainer

Our expectations and wishes from life do not always materialize the way we plan. When facing challenging moments, I realized that I should dedicate more time to get to know and discover myself better. I did not want to go back and commit the same mistakes again, I wanted to move on. So, I reset and it worked!

This summer and autumn, I dedicate the YOGAP classes to support the Vienna Frauenhäuser (women shelter) that take care of women confronted with violence and abuse. COVID-19 has impacted so many women in a dramatic manner...

YOGAP in fall is all about energy and balancing physical health, mind and spirit. Through revitalizing 30 minute and 50 minute Yoga flows and specific breathing techniques, we will activate different energy centres in our body.
