Supporting others

This summer and fall, I dedicate the YOGAP classes to the Vienna Frauenhäuser (women's shelter) that take care of women who have faced violence and abuse in the past. COVID-19 has impacted so many women in a dramatic manner and I feel that we need to help them stand up again and live a decent life. You can find more information on the Vienna Frauenhäuser here.
